1. Assist the program engineer to complete the overall program design of the automation equipment and assembly line in the early stage to meet customer needs;
2. Assist design engineers and senior design engineers to complete the mechanical design tasks of the project;
3. Draw 3D, 2D drawings, organize BOM
4. Make a pre-acceptance checklist and fill in the analysis and comparison table of problems in the design
5. Reasonable selection of materials and standard parts to reduce costs
6. Responsible for the preparation, modification, sorting, updating and archiving of project output data
7. Communicate with electrical engineers and software engineers so that they can understand equipment principles and requirements
8. Track and guide the manufacture, commissioning and acceptance of the equipment, and work with the on-site personnel to solve the problems in the manufacture, assembly and acceptance
9. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders
1. College degree or above in mechanical related majors;
2. Experience in mechanical design of non-standard automation equipment is preferred
3. Proficient in 3D design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
4. Proactive, rigorous work, excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills; flexible thinking and innovative ability
