1. Assembly line is planned and designed according to product power and size. 8KW and below products can be assembled and tested on the assembly line.
2. Each station is provided with an independent lifting and rotating mechanism, and can stop at any position, to meet the arbitrary operation height requirements of operators, to ensure safety and convenient assembly.
3. Rain and electrical performance test can achieve unmanned, in high pressure and complex environment to ensure the safety of operators and reasonable distribution of production line personnel.
4. According to the DV test results in the early stage of the product, the customer can improve the assembly tempo of the product and the production productivity of the product in the PROCESS of PV verification.

1. The overall assembly line adopts software control as the leading, electrical control as the auxiliary, engineers can achieve remote debugging and control of the production line.
2. Each station is an independent part, and the tightening data and error prevention information collected by the station are directly uploaded to the upper computer. The process file of the station can be flexibly configured, and the staff can adjust the process parameters and add process steps according to the actual situation.
3. Customized test software can achieve seamless docking with customer messages, and customers can adjust parameters according to test requirements, analyze test status and process, and consult on the industrial computer.
4. The final assembly test data of the product can form a BOM table, which can be uploaded to the server of the customer company for the end user to refer to.
